Solange's research interests focus on the interplay between genetic ancestry and breast cancer risk, particularly how germline variants associated with chronic inflammation influence breast cancer susceptibility and progression. Additional areas of interest include genomic medicine, cancer research, bioethics, science communication, and science diplomacy.
