Fabian has a Master of Public Health with a concentration in Epidemiology and Health Systems Management from the University of Arizona and a BS in Healthcare Administration from Sacramento State University. His graduate research focused on the relation between health outcomes and civic engagement rates in Sacramento county. Prior to joining the Fejerman Lab in 2021, he helped manage the LUCHA initiative, a Latino-focused cancer research program at the UC Davis Comprehensive Cancer Center. Fabian is passionate about eliminating health disparities, reducing the cancer burden on communities of color, and research on the social determinants of health.
